JUNEAU - A teenager was arrested early Wednesday morning after police determined the Dodge Durango he drove into a yard on Kiowa Drive was stolen.

Koby Blake, 18, was charged with vehicle theft in the first degree, a felony, and driving with a revoked license.

Police were called at about 4 a.m. by the homeowner, who said a vehicle had hit a wall near his home and stopped in the yard, where it was left running as occupants fled on foot.

The Durango sustained damage from striking the wall where it came to rest.

Police found three teenagers a short distance away and determined the vehicle had been stolen from a Gee Street residence earlier in the night.

Blake was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and lodged without bail.

Police said the case remains under investigation and charges could be pending for two additional teens in the vehicle.
