Driving while intoxicated:
Ricky Blevins, 36, was stopped on Egan Drive near Fred Meyer about 2:30 a.m. Sunday. He was arrested for drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level over 0.10. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center. His vehicle was released to another man.
Matt Koser, 22, was arrested about 3 a.m. Sunday for drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level over 0.10. He was lodged at state prison and his vehicle was impounded.
An 18-year-old man told police Sunday he was punched by a 17-year-old man Saturday night. An investigation continues.
About 10 a.m. Sunday a 24-year-old woman reported that her purse had been stolen.
About 9:30 a.m. Saturday a 31-year-old man in North Douglas reported that a padlock had been broken and a yellow DeWalt circular saw and a red-and-white Honda generator had been stolen. He believes it happened a few weeks ago.
About 12:30 a.m. Saturday a 53-year-old woman reported that her purse had been stolen from her downtown residence. There were no signs of forced entry. Police contacted the woman later to say a citizen had found her purse with the money gone.
About 4 p.m. Sunday police issued a minor consuming ticket to a 14-year-old boy in the Mendenhall Valley after a complaint was received from his parent.
About 11:30 a.m. Saturday police responded to a report that a 43-year-old man was being disruptive at Bartlett Regional Hospital. Alcohol was involved. He was taken to state prison.
About 1:30 a.m. Sunday police arrested a 34-year-old woman for being intoxicated at the Rendezvous.
