History grant applications available

EAU - The Juneau-Douglas City Museum has applications available for students, teachers, organizations and individuals of all ages seeking grants of up to $1,000 for projects that will document, preserve or improve access to the history of the greater Juneau area. The Juneau History Grant committee looks for projects that demonstrate historical value to the greater community and that produce a tangible product.

Applications will become available March 17 at the city museum, the Juneau Parks and Recreation office, or by calling 586-3572. Applications are due on or before 4 p.m. May 15.
