Patricia "Patti" Martin Sidor, 78, died Feb. 15, 2005, in Great Falls, Mont.
She was born Aug. 17, 1926, to George and Myrna (Bland) Martin in Juneau. After graduating from Juneau High School she began her career working for Pan American Airlines in Fairbanks, where she met her husband. She married Francis "Fran" Sidor in 1946 in Great Falls.
She was a member of the Pioneers of Alaska Auxiliary No. 6, a member of the Great Falls Elk's Club as a Doe and belonged to the Dancing Does. She was a member of the Musicians Union and a member of both St. Joseph's and Holy Family parishes.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Fran Sidor; her parents; sisters Jackie Anderson and Shirley Martin; and brother George "Pepper" Martin Jr.
She is survived by her six children; daughters Debra and her husband LeRoy Tanner of Spokane, Wash., Patty Osterman and her husband Rob Warehime, and Teresa Sidor, all of Great Falls, Mont.; sons Tom and his wife Karen Sidor, Jerry and his wife Diane Sidor of Great Falls, and Joe and his wife Debbie Sidor of Kalispell, Mont.; cousins Betty and her husband Norm Miller, Elaine and her husband Richard Long, all of Juneau, LeRoy West Jr. of Gig Harbor, Wash., and Burnetta Ooley of Yuma, Ariz.; and 12 grandchildren.
