Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• April McVey, 33, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Aug. 20, 2007, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined McVey $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Scott Bader, 47, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Nov. 18, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .137 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 60 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Bader $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.

• Melissa Hansen, 38, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 14, 2007, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .242 percent. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Hansen $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.

• Rodney Johnson, 42, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 22, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .161 percent. Sivertsen imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Johnson $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Trevor O'Halloran, 30, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 29, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .164 percent. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined O'Halloran $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Danilo B. Jabalde, 43, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Jan. 13, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .222 percent. Levy imposed 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended, fined Jabalde $5,000 with $2,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Edward John, 21, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 11, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .205 percent. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined John $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Steven Church, 47, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 26, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .197 percent. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Church $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Theodosia James, 33, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a March 4, 2008, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .234 percent. Sivertsen imposed 120 days in jail with 90 days suspended, fined James $5,000 with $2,000 suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for three years.
