Kerriann Powers, of Juneau, was named to second honors on the fall 2007 dean's list at Clark University, in Worcester, Mass. Powers, a Juneau-Douglas High School graduate, is studying mathematics. To be eligible for second honors, students must have a grade-point average of 3.5 or higher.


Paul Clark, a 1986 Juneau-Douglas High School graduate, received his doctorate in structural engineering from the UCSD. Clark, son of former Juneau residents Doris Clark and the late Ray clark, is manager of Advanced Power Systems for General Atomics in San Diego. He lives in Vista, Calif., with his wife, Cynthia, a register nurse practitioner, and their three children.


Cordova Rose Lewis, a 2007 graduate of Juneau-Douglas High School, made the fall 2007 dean's list at Northern Arizona University. This level of achievement placed Cordova among the best of students in the College of Engineering and Natural Sciences, earning a semester grade-point average of 3.5 or better.
