Timothy Jon Smith

Former Juneau resident Timothy Jon Smith, 44, died Dec. 22, 2004, in Parkland, Wash.

He was born July 31, 1960, in Puyallup, Wash. He worked as a carpenter doing residential and commercial construction.

His family says that he is best known for his carpentry skills and his artistic ability. He loved to draw, and most people that knew him had one of his pieces of art. "He had an excellent personality and laugh," his family said.

He is survived by his wife, Judith Smith; son, Joel Smith; parents, Carl and Sandra Smith; sister, Robin Leadbetter and her husband, Don; in-laws, Joe and Carla Dedera, Sandra and Don Puckett, Jeannine Underwood, Joanne Dedera, John and Barb Dedera; and several nieces and nephews.
