Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

A 45-year-old Juneau man reported about 10:30 p.m. Thursday that the tires on his vehicle were flattened earlier in the evening. He was parked on Harris Street in downtown Juneau. He had no leads or suspects.

Other:

Officers checked a suspicious vehicle about 1:30 a.m. today parked in Cope Park. Two 20-year-old men were sleeping in the car. They said they would leave the area.

Juneau firefighters responded to a call about 10:30 p.m. Thursday regarding a propane gas smell at the Hangar on the Wharf. The smell was identified to be coming from the kitchen, and the stoves were shut down. Firefighters said the restaurant owners will contact a propane company today to address the problem.
