Drunken driving:

• At 8:20 a.m. Wednesday near Trout Street, police arrested Neil Wayne Haapala, 31, on charges of drunken driving, refusing a breath test and driving without a valid license. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and his vehicle was impounded.

Lost property:

• At 2 p.m. Tuesday downtown a woman reported losing an ivory necklace valued at $200.

Traffic stop:

• At 5:50 p.m. Tuesday near Egan Drive, police cited a man, 21, for driving without a valid license of excessive tint on his vehicle's windows. The vehicle was impounded.

Assault:

• At 10 p.m. Tuesday near South Franklin Street, a man, 49, reported he had been assaulted.
