Driving without a license:
At about 2 a.m. Sunday, a 24-year-old man was cited on a charge of driving without a license on Mendenhall Loop Road. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.
At about 3 a.m. Sunday, Michael Shane Scarbrough, 40, was arrested and charged with drunken driving and two counts of reckless endangerment in the 8500 block of Forest Lane. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle was impounded.
At about 3 p.m. Saturday, a 47-year-old woman reported losing six prescription pain pills in the 9200 block of Glacier Highway.
At about 10 a.m. Sunday, a 30-year-old woman driving a 1998 Honda was involved in an accident with a 58-year-old man driving a 2006 Ford on Tournure Street. The vehicles sustained a combined $4,500 in damage.
At about 10:50 a.m. Sunday, a 51-year-old woman driving a 2005 Toyota was involved in an accident with a 32-year-old woman driving a 2002 Toyota on Glacier Avenue. The vehicles sustained a combined $4,000 in damage.
At about 3:20 p.m. Saturday, a 61-year-old man reported that someone shot a sign in the 2800 block of Marsha Avenue. The weapon used appeared to be a BB gun.
At about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, a 21-year-old woman reported vandalism to her vehicle on Fourth Street. No further information was given.
On March 10, a 19-year-old man from Hoonah was cited on a charge of failing to return a moose hunt report in Game Management Unit 1C to the Alaska Fish and Game office by the required time period.
