Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Accident:

• A 2004 Toyota driven by a 46-year-old man slid into the median at 4:22 p.m. Sunday on Egan Drive near the Party Zone. He was cited on a charge of careless driving.

Driving under the influence:

• Victor Powell, 36, was arrested on charges of drunken driving and refusal to take a breath test at 10:55 p.m. Sunday on Douglas Highway. He also was cited on a charge of driving without a license. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Theft:

• Fuel worth $20 was reported stolen at 1:58 p.m. Sunday in the 5100 block of Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek.

Vandalism:

• Three mailboxes were reported damaged at 8:05 a.m. Monday in the 4500 block of Trafalgar Avenue.

Alcohol-related calls: 1.

Domestic violence calls: 0.
