Recent births at Bartlett Regional Hospital:

• On Feb. 28, 2009, a son, Krew Dale Ridle, weighing 5 pounds, 15 ounces, to Michelle Elisabeth and Brandon Ridle, of Juneau.

• On March 10, 2009, a son, Keegan Starling Lundy Harris, weighing 7 pounds, 8 ounces, to Karlene Joy Lundy and Derek Paul Harris, of Juneau.

• On March 12, 2009, a son, Isaias Sergio Wigg, weighing 8 pounds, 3 ounces, to Delila Ann Wigg, of Juneau.

• On March 13, 2009, a son, Caleb Gene Kreutzmann, weighing 10 pounds, 1 ounce, to Julie Marie and Christopher Gene Kreutzmann, of Juneau.

• On March 14, 2009, a son, Donovan William Farr Hunt, weighing 7 pounds, 13 ounces, to Shannon Belinda Farr and Mark Hunt, of Juneau.

• On March 14, 2009, a son, Rourke Anthony Price, weighing 8 pounds, 5 ounces, to Caitlin Ann and Anthony Todd Price, of Juneau.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Ian Otness, 28, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a June 7, 2008, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 43 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Otness $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for one year.

• Alexander Polyak, 24, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Jan. 10, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .143 percent. Sivertsen imposed 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended, fined Polyak $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Jeremy Oudekirk, 28, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Jan. 23, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Sivertsen imposed 240 days in jail with 180 days suspended, fined Oudekirk $6,000 with $3,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.
