Police & Fire

Juneau police and fire officials and state troopers reported:

Burglary:

• At about 5 p.m. Saturday, a 39-year-old man reported the theft of alcohol from a business in the 500 block of Franklin Street.

Disturbance:

• At about 1 p.m. Saturday, a 28-year-old man was arrested on charges of assault and providing false information to police in the 300 block of Willoughby Avenue. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At about 6:10 p.m. Saturday, a 20-year-old woman was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, criminal mischief and reckless endangerment in the Lemon Creek area.

• At about 8 a.m. Sunday, a 22-year-old man was assaulted in the 1600 block of Anka Street. Alcohol was involved.

Drunken driving:

• At about 3 a.m. Sunday, Leitoni Tupou, 27, was arrested on the charge of driving while intoxicated on Glacier Highway. He was lodged at the state prison.

• At about 4:30 a.m. Sunday, Chad Roald Norheim, 28, was arrested on Egan Drive on the charge of driving under the influence. He was lodged at the state prison.

Theft:

• At about 8 a.m. Sunday, a Honda outboard motor worth $2,000 was reported stolen off a boat during the last week in the 15500 block of Glacier Highway.
