Capital Transit should expand early morning service

I am writing in regards to the public bus system not providing a 7:50 a.m. bus from the Mendenhall Valley to downtown Juneau in the mornings. I use the Wal-Mart bus stop in the morning and I go to school downtown. If I catch the 7:20 a.m. bus, I'm an hour early to school. The next bus is 8:20 a.m., an hour later. If I catch that bus, I'm a half-hour late to school.

The bus system has me in a catch-22 and I imagine other people have a similar situation. Since so many people start work or school at that time of day, Capital Transit needs to start the every half-hour service starting at 7:20 a.m.
