Posted: Tuesday, March 23, 2010

ANCHORAGE - Two men and two juvenile girls have been charged with robbing and assaulting an Anchorage pizza delivery man.

Police say a driver Sunday night tried to deliver an order to a northeast Anchorage home and was confronted outside by a man with a gun and a stick. Three others attacked from behind.

After a struggle, the attackers grabbed the pizza and ran without taking the driver's money.

The delivery driver followed a girl to another home and police arrested her outside.

Three other suspects barricaded themselves in the home and were arrested when a SWAT team entered.

Police arrested Joseph Nicalaskey and Cesar Alvarez-Jennings, both 19. Names of the juveniles girls were not released.
