Juneau police and fire officials and state police reported:
Driving without a license:
At about 3:40 a.m. Sunday, a 22-year-old woman was cited on a charge of driving without a license on Atlin Drive. The vehicle she was driving was impounded.
At about 4 a.m. Sunday, Jacob Scott Nelson, 18, was arrested and charged with drunken driving on Sunny Drive. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle was impounded.
At about 4:40 p.m. Thursday, burned popcorn set off an alarm in the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue.
At about 4:30 a.m. Friday, an electrical fire on Egan Drive caused an explosion at the top of a power pole. The fire went out after the lines became de-energized.
At about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, a 19-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were each cited on a charge of minor consumption in the 1900 block of Lemon Creek Road.
At about 1:10 p.m. Saturday, a 27-year-old man reported the theft of 26 Vicodin pills from his unlocked vehicle in the 2100 block of Lawson Creek Road.
