Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Theft:
• A woman reported at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday that $30 was stolen from her locker near South Franklin Street.
Underage drinking:
• Police cited a woman, 19, on a charge of underage drinking at 12:10 a.m. Wednesday near Coogan Drive in the Lemon Creek area.
