Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at


• A snowplow driven by a 39-year-old man struck a parked 1983 Subaru at 9:22 a.m. Friday in the 1700 block of Second Street, police said, causing minor damage to the bumper.

• An unknown vehicle struck a 2004 Honda in the 3300 block of Nowell Avenue, according to a Friday report.

• A 52-year-old man suffered minor injuries at 4:37 p.m. Friday when his 1990 Ford truck was totaled in an accident with another vehicle at Riverside Drive and Vintage Boulevard. The driver of the other vehicle was cited for driving without a license, and his vehicle was impounded.

• A 1998 Isuzu pickup truck driven by a 53-year-old man was struck by a Dodge driven by a 54-year-old man at 6:04 p.m. Friday at Mendenhall Loop Road and Nancy Street. No injuries were reported, and a damage estimate was unavailable.

Domestic violence:

• A woman of undetermined age was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and interfering with an officer at 9:49 a.m. Friday in the 2500 block of Industrial Boulevard. She was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Drinking and driving:

• Jason Lee Osborne, 28, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated at 3:15 a.m. Saturday on the Douglas Bridge. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• Ian Christianson Anderson, 38, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct at 4:03 a.m. Saturday in the 4400 block of Kanata Street. He was lodged at the state prison.


• A Stihl powerhead and a Lewis Wrench were reported stolen at 9:26 a.m. Friday in the 8400 block of Mendenhall Loop Road. Total value stolen was $1,073.

• A white Rossignol snowboard with red trim and aluminum flow bindings was reported stolen at 5:38 p.m. Friday in the 3000 block of Fish Creek Road. Estimated value was $400.

• A Kenwood CD player and a Whistler radar detector were reported stolen at 8:02 p.m. Friday from a Volkswagon on Engineers Cutoff Road. Estimated value was $350.

Underage drinking:

• A 17-year-old girl was cited and released on a charge of underage drinking at 12:42 a.m. Saturday in the 5000 block of Glacier Highway.

• A 19-year-old man was cited on a charge of underage drinking at 2:37 a.m. Saturday in the 2400 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.


• A 45-year-old woman said a substance was put into her 1997 Subaru Legacy at some time during the last three months in Juneau.

• A black Chevrolet pickup truck was reported vandalized at 11:41 a.m. Friday in the 300 block of Whittier Street. Damage was estimated at $1,000.
