Capital City Quilters will present their annual quilt show from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Juneau Arts & Culture Center.
The show will feature more than 100 traditional and art quilts and more than 20 small silent auction quilts to bid on, as well as fabric and cookbooks for purchase. There also will be demonstrations of English paper piecing, hand appliqué and other methods.
As a local nonprofit organization of more than 100 men and women, Capital City Quilters also will donate a quilt for raffle.
Past raffle quilts have provided several thousand dollars to support local organizations.
More information about the guild, as well as how to become a member, will be available at the show.
