Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested Lyle Brown, 45, on a charge of drunken driving at 5:32 p.m. near Mendenhall Mall Road. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle he was driving. Police turned over the dog riding in Brown's vehicle to animal control officers.

• Police arrested Elizabeth Tonsmeire, 23, on charges of drunken driving, refusing a chemical test and sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance at 1:16 a.m. Friday on Behrends Avenue downtown. They lodged her at the state prison and impounded the vehicle she was driving.

• Police arrested Christopher Bishop, 21, on charges of drunken driving and two counts of reckless endangerment at 3 a.m. Friday near Glacier Highway. They lodged him at the state prison and impounded the vehicle he was driving.

• Police arrested Jason St. Clair, 27, on charges of drunken driving and felony evading the police at 10:10 p.m. Friday near Shell Simmons Drive. They lodged him at the state prison and impounded the vehicle he was driving.

• Police arrested Henry Webb, 29, on a charge of drunken driving at 2 a.m. Saturday near Calhoun Avenue. They lodged him at the state prison and impounded the vehicle he was driving.

• Police arrested Dana Page, 36, on a charge of drunken driving at 3 a.m. Saturday near Glacier Highway. She was taken to the state prison and her vehicle was impounded.

Theft:

• A woman reported a hand-held computer, a cellular telephone, an electronic organizer, credit cards and $70 stolen at 12:56 a.m. Friday near Front Street downtown. Value of the missing items was estimated at $500.

• One man reported the theft of a cellular telephone and another man reported the theft of his checkbook at 1:14 a.m. Friday near Street downtown. No estimates on the loss were available.

• A woman reported at 9:14 a.m. Friday that $100 was stolen from a business near Fourth Street downtown.

• A woman reported at 2:15 p.m. Friday from Foster Avenue the theft of a boy's BMX Mongoose trick bike valued at $267.

• A man reported at 2:15 p.m. Friday from Melrose Street the theft of an outboard fuel tank valued at $70.

• A Sitka woman, 30, was arrested at 2:40 p.m. Friday near South Franklin Street on a theft charge. She was lodged at the state prison.

• A woman reported at 5:15 p.m. Friday near Glacier Highway the theft of $30 from her purse.

Found property:

• A man brought a case of compact discs into the Juneau Police Department at 5:26 a.m. Friday. He reported finding the property in the area of Long Run Drive in the Mendenhall Valley. Police placed the case of CDs in safekeeping.

• A police officer found an orange Mustang survival vest at 10:15 a.m. Friday near mile 2 on outbound Egan Drive. The officer placed the vest in safekeeping.

• A man turned in a yellow bicycle to police at 10:15 a.m. Friday. He reported finding the bike near Alaway Avenue. Police placed it in safekeeping.

Underage drinking:

• Police cited two men, ages 18 and 20, on charges of underage drinking at 2:45 a.m. Friday near Trout Street.

• Police cited a woman, 20, a man, 18, and a boy, 16, on charges of underage drinking at 4:36 a.m. Friday near Davis Avenue in the Lemon Creek area.

Assault:

• Police arrested a woman, 24, on an assault charge at 6:20 a.m. Saturday near Northwood Drive. She was lodged at the state prison.

Motor vehicle accident:

• A Mercury Sable driven by a woman, 55, was struck by a Ford Explorer driven by a woman, 39, at 10 a.m. Saturday. Police reported there was an injury but did not provide details. The Sable had $2,500 in damage and the Explorer had $1,500 in damage.
