Second person indicted in Goldstream killing

FAIRBANKS - A grand jury has indicted two people - one secretly - in connection with a fatal shooting in the Goldstream area this month.
The indictments filed Thursday charge 24-year-old Sean M. Jeffers and a second individual with first-degree murder and conspiracy in the March 16 killing of Bryan Richardson. The second defendant is not identified by age or gender and is not in custody.
Richardson, his girlfriend and a friend arrived at the parking lot of Ivory Jack's on March 16 to meet another man. The friend got out of the car.
Minutes later, court documents said a van pulled up, and Jeffers got out and shot Richardson.
Jeffers is being held on $300,000 bail.
