Soldotna woman killed on Seward Highway

ANCHORAGE - A 21-year-old Soldotna woman has been identified as the victim in a fatal crash on the Seward Highway.
Alaska State Troopers say the victim was Natalie Smith.
They say Smith was killed at Mile 68 Seward Highway on Thursday when she apparently pulled out in front of a semi, and the truck crashed into her car.
