Small earthquake felt in Anchorage

ANCHORAGE - A small earthquake rumbled the Prince William Sound area and was felt in Anchorage.

The Alaska Earthquake Information Center said the 2.8-magnitude quake was centered about 17 miles northeast of Girdwood, and hit at 12:40 p.m. Saturday. There were no reports of damage.
