• On March 18, 2007, a son, Hayden James Michael Hughes, weighing 7 pounds one ounce, to Jamie Marie Knudsen and Mark Charles Hughes of Haines.

• On March 19, 2007, a son, Nicholas George Degtoff, weighing 7 pounds 13 ounces, to Rhonda Jeam Williams of Haines.

• On March 20, 2007, a son, Carvin Roger Hass, weighing 7 pounds 10 ounces, to Jody Lynn Hass and Jason Thomas Hass of Juneau.

• On March 21, 2007, a son, Alexander Wayne Smith, weighing 7 pounds 9 ounces, to Wendy Leigh Smith and Benard Wayne Smith of Juneau.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Anthony Pappa, 23, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Mar. 10 incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .139 percent. Juneau Magistrate John W. Silvertsen Jr. imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Pappa $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, put him on probation for two years and revoked his license for ninty days.

• Angela Gaudio, 24, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 30, 2006, incident from which no blood-alcohol was available. Silvertsen Jr. imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Gaudio $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, put her on probation for two years and revoked her license for 90 days.

• George Paul, 19, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Mar. 19, 2006, incident from which no blood-alcohol was available. Sivertsen Jr., imposed 30 days in jail with 30 days reimposed and resuspended, put him on probation for one year.

• Roy Barr, 32, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Mar. 9, 2007, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .159 percent. Silvertsen Jr. imposed 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended, fined Barr $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, put him on probation for two years and revoked his license for 90 days.
