ANCHORAGE - A 53-year-old Anchorage man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison in connection with a federal weapons possession case.
Federal prosecutors said Sabil Mumin Mujahid was convicted by a jury of being a felon in possession of a firearm or ammunition.
Prosecutors say Mujahid also is charged with 35 felonies - including sex trafficking of children - in a separate federal case.
He is scheduled for a February 2011 trial in that case.
