Driving while intoxicated:
Police responded shortly after 8 p.m. Thursday to a two-vehicle accident on North Douglas Highway. A rented U-Haul van struck a parked Volkswagen four-door. The driver of the van, Craig A. Jackson, 47, was arrested for drunken driving, driving with a blood-alcohol level over 0.10 percent, and reckless endangerment of his passenger. Both vehicles were towed. Jackson was transported to and lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Police conducted a traffic stop on Jordan Avenue shortly after midnight Thursday on a red Ford Fiesta. A man, 18, was cited for underage drinking.
A Glory Hole employee reported an intoxicated woman on the premises about 10:30 a.m. Thursday. A woman, 50, was arrested on an outstanding $100 Juneau Police Department warrant for failure to comply. She was lodged at state prison.
A man, 52, reported about 1 p.m. Thursday from Gray Street that teen-age neighbors were having parties while the parents were out of town. The man also reported the teens were driving the father's truck. The responding officer contacted the driver of the truck, and cited a boy, 14, who was driving, for driving without a license.
