Be quiet, grateful

I understand that the Iraqi people have a right to "chose" the way they live without foreign intervention but what "choice" have they really had?

Also, in light of what we already know about Saddam and his tactics, I believe he is a very real threat to the U.S. We are vulnerable even so far away as it was proven on 9/11.

Our troops are fighting for the idea that everyone should have the right to demonstrate as per their opinions without fear of reprisal. Now that our troops are dying, especially in the manner they are (executions), I think it's time for the anti-war demonstrators to shut up, at least for a little while, show a little empathy for the troops and be grateful for what we have in this country.
