Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Domestic violence:

• A 25-year-old man was arrested for criminal mischief at 2:47 p.m. Wednesday near Gladstone Street. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


• At 6:24 p.m. Wednesday, a 45-year-old woman reported $80 was stolen from her 1989 Toyota near Eighth Street.

• At 7:09 p.m. Wednesday, a 78-year-old woman reported a $50 crystal vase was stolen from her Willoughby Avenue home sometime after 7 p.m. March 15.

• At 8:12 a.m. Thursday, a 37-year-old man reported his 1991 Mercury Topaz was rifled near Shaune Drive in Lemon Creek. Nothing was taken.

• At 8:15 a.m. Thursday, a 68-year-old man reported his vehicle was rifled near Hospital Drive and a blue backpack of no value was stolen.

Vehicle accidents:

• At 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, a 39-year-old man reported an unknown vehicle struck his parked 1993 Acura near Glacier Highway.

• At 9:50 a.m. Thursday, a 66-year-old man reported his 2004 Ford was rear-ended near Glacier Avenue and Highland Drive by a 2000 Chevy driven by a 70-year-old man. No damage was reported.


• At 6:29 p.m. Wednesday, a 59-year-old man reported the side of a building was shot, causing $500 damage near North Douglas Highway.
