Sitka residents Marie E. Kozeroff and Nels H. Lawson II will be married at 3 p.m., April 8, at Sitka Lutheran Church. A reception will follow at 5 p.m. on an ocean cruise Allen Marine tour boat.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Jacqueline Cox and Franklin James. She is a graduate of Colony High School in Palmer, and is employed as an assistant manager for Shepherd's Heart.
The groom-elect is the son of Nels and Sheila Lawson. He is a graduate of Sitka High School and is employed as a ramp lead for Alaska Airlines.
The maid of honor will be the bride's sister, Regina James. Bridesmaids will be Ashlie Newman, Sonshine Konovalav and Misty Riley. Laura Kozeroff will be the flower girl.
The best man will be Brian Gundaker, and the ring bearer will be Michael Gonzales.
The couple will honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii. They make their home in Sitka.
