Domestic dispute:
Police arrested a man, 22, on charges of domestic-violence assault and criminal mischief at 8:12 p.m. Tuesday in the Mendenhall Valley. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Theft:
At 4:39 p.m. Tuesday, a man reported that someone had entered his unlocked vehicle and stolen sunglasses and a brown leather purse while the car was parked near Dudley Street in the Mendenhall Valley. The sunglasses were valued at $70. The purse and contents were valued at $150.
At 8:51 a.m. Wednesday, a woman reported 56 compact discs stolen from her unlocked vehicle sometime during the previous night near Birch Lane in the Mendenhall Valley. The CDs were valued at $560.
At 11:01 Wednesday, a woman reported that her 22-foot, custom-made boat trailer was stolen sometime during the recent winter near Glacier Highway in the Lemon Creek area.
Underage drinking:
Police cited a man, 20, on a charge of underage drinking at 11:41 p.m. Tuesday near Front Street.
Traffic stop:
Police cited a woman, 36, on a charge of driving without a license at 11:54 p.m. Tuesday on Foster Avenue in West Douglas. Police released the woman and impounded the vehicle she was driving.
Found property:
A black Osprey Vector backpack was turned in to police for safekeeping at 4:57 p.m. Wednesday near Willoughby Avenue.
