Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Accidents:

• A 50-year-old man in a 1992 Ford Explorer crashed into a 58-year-old woman in a 1998 Mercury at 12:06 p.m. Friday in the 1600 block of Glacier Highway.

• A 55-year-old man was cited on a charge of failure to maintain a safe distance at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Mendenhall Loop Road and Egan Drive. His Chevrolet truck struck a Toyota Tacoma driven by a 44-year-old woman, police said.

• A 1999 Mazda sustained $2,500 in damage at 10:11 p.m. Friday when it struck a 1986 Nissan at Mendenhall Loop Road and Montana Creek Road. The Nissan sustained $1,000 in damage.

Disorderly conduct:

• A 39-year-old man was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief at 12:46 p.m. Friday in the 2300 block of Industrial Boulevard. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• A 25-year-old man was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 1:30 a.m. Saturday on Marine Way. He was lodged at the state prison.

• A 29-year-old man was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and interfering at 3:06 a.m. Saturday on Front Street. He was lodged at the state prison.

Domestic violence:

• A 23-year-old woman was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault at 3:02 p.m. Friday in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road. She was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Driving while intoxicated:

• James Sharpe, 41, whose hometown was unknown, was cited and released on a charge of driving while intoxicated at 2:45 a.m. Saturday on Trout Street. His vehicle was impounded.

• Ryan Kegler, 19, of Juneau, was cited and released on a charge of driving while intoxicated at 3:32 a.m. Saturday at Douglas Highway near the Douglas Bridge. His vehicle was impounded.

Driving without a license:

• A 54-year-old man was cited on a charge of driving without a license at 12:33 a.m. Saturday on Glacier Highway.

Theft:

• A flashlight and emergency flag were reported stolen at 8:14 a.m. Friday from a vehicle in the 9500 block of Douglas Highway.

• A black leather tote bag containing medications was reported stolen at 10:46 a.m. Friday from an unlocked vehicle in the 9400 block of Vintage Boulevard. Estimated value stolen was $160.

Underage drinking:

• A 19-year-old man was cited and released on a charge of underage drinking at 11:15 p.m. Friday in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. A 17-year-old girl was also cited, and she was released to a responsible adult, police said.
