• On March 24, 2004, , a son, Dean Chandler Skeek, weighing 8 pounds 3 ounces, to Cora Lizzie Skeek of Kake.

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts:

Divorces and Dissolutions filed recently:

Indictments:

• Levi J. Belcourt, 18, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree theft, stemming from a March 22 incident.

• Erik L. Olmsted, 18, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree theft, stemming from a March 22 incident.

• Kimalie A. Christian, 49, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of driving under the influence and a misdemeanor charge of reckless endangerment, stemming from a March 21 incident.

Judgments:

• John L. David, 24, was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol, stemming from a March 6 incident where his blood-alcohol level was measured at .211 percent. Juneau District Magistrate John W. Sivertsen imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended and a $3,000 fine with $1,500 suspended. He also placed David on probation for one year and revoked his driver's license for 90 days.

• Gregory D. Isturis, 42, was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol, stemming from a March 12 incident where his blood-alcohol level was measured at .178 percent. Sivertsen imposed 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and a $3,000 fine with $1,500 suspended. He also placed Isturis on probation for two years and revoked his driver's license for 90 days.

• Michael J. Gabel, 30, was found guilty of misdemeanor criminal mischief, stemming from a Feb. 25 incident. Sivertsen imposed 160 days in jail with 130 days suspended and a $1,500 fine with $1,000 suspended. He also placed Gabel on probation for three years, requiring him to complete 20 hours of community service as a condition. Prosecutors dismissed a related misdemeanor assault charge.
