Construction to begin on sewer, water line

JUNEAU - Construction will begin on the Fourth Street sewer and water line replacement project in Douglas on Monday and continue until May 3.

Fourth Street between B and D streets will be closed intermittently during that time. City officials requested that drivers use an alternate route if possible. Access is for local traffic only.
