Marylu Martin ties a ribbon with her wishes for Alaska's children onto a dreamcatcher constructed Thursday in the Dimond Courthouse Plaza. April is Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Month and Month of the Young Child. National Association for the Education of Young Children Southeast Alaska will sponsor events in the plaza at noon every Thursday this month.
