Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Amanda Johnson, 25, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 6, 2007, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 43 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Johnson $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.

• Roddy Dusenberry, 50, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a March 15, 2008, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Levy imposed 90 days in jail with 65 days suspended, fined Dusenberry $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.

• Leonard G. Huggins, 29, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a March 15, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .188 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 60 days in jail with 50 days suspended, fined Huggins $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Michael Scarbough, 40, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a March 16, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .173 percent. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Scarbough $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Trey Westika, 21, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a March 19, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .186 percent. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Westika $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.
