National Guard has new wing commander

ANCHORAGE - The Alaska Air National Guard has a new commander for its 168th Air Refueling wing.
Col. Donald "Scott" Wenke replaces Col. John O. Griffin.
Wenke recently served as vice-commander of the 168th wing. During his assignment, he served in Southwest Asia.
Wenke is a pilot with more than 4,500 hours of flight time, including 326 combat flying hours.
