Legislator recovering from operation

ANCHORAGE - State Rep. Lindsey Holmes is recovering from surgery to remove her gallbladder.
The 34-year-old Anchorage Democrat was elected in 2006.
State Rep. Mike Doogan, an Anchorage Democrat, says Holmes had gallstones.
Doogan says there's a good chance that Holmes will be back at work today.
