Thunder Mountain Theatre Project's latest production, the dark Irish comedy "The Beauty Queen of Leeane," by Martin McDonagh, opens at 8 p.m. Thursday, April 17, at the old Elks Hall. The opening show is a pay-as-you-can performance.
The play - a dark comedy about love, family and the deepest of desires - is being staged Thursdays through Saturdays from April 17 through 27. All shows begin at 8 p.m.
The play, directed by Ryan Conarro, features Corin Hughes-Skandijs, Patricia Hull, Chris Murray and Becky Orford.
General admission tickets are available at Hearthside Books. They cost $10 for students, seniors or military and cost $15 for adults on Thursdays and Sundays; or $12 and $17 respectively on Fridays and Saturdays.
The play is recommended for mature audiences due to strong language.
