Ketchikan-based band Ray Troll and the Ratfish Wranglers is hosting a CD launch party for its new album, "Where the Fins Meet the Frets," at the Alaskan Hotel & Bar during the 34th annual Alaska Folk Festival.
The party begins at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 12, and includes a psychedelic light show, go-go dancers and limbo contest. The band is scheduled to begin playing at 8 p.m.
The band is also scheduled to perform a set during the folk festival at 8:15 p.m. on Sunday, April 13, at Centennial Hall.
