KETCHIKAN - A man arrested and accused of firing a gun at a campground has been arrested again.
Conor Bod was arrested on charges of drunk driving, as well as firing off a gun at the Ward Lake campground.
Bod was re-arrested Tuesday on a charge of escape.
Bod had obtained temporary release from the Ketchikan Correctional Center on Tuesday to retrieve some personal effects from his car and try and get money to make bail, officials said.
When Bod was being returned to jail, he bailed out of the car, police said. He was picked up outside the animal control offices, where he was trying to get his pit bulls released.
The dogs were seized when he was arrested Sunday.
