Gov. Sarah Palin addresses about 250 students from around the state Thursday at Juneau-Douglas High School auditorium. The students were in town as part of the conference of the Alaska Association of Student Governments. Palin told the crowd that leaders aren't necessarily born into power. "Alaska'sleaders, especially, can be ordinary people," she said. "But you have to have extraordinary vision and you have to manifest that vision in your actions."
