Recent births at Bartlett Regional Hospital:

• On March 31, 2008, a son, Michael Led Maas, weighing 6 pounds, 6 ounces, to Tamara Dianne Hotch, of Haines.

• On April 4, 2008, a daughter, Ava Marie Grace Kanouse, weighing 8 pounds, 2 ounces, to Katrina Marie and Anthony Spencer Kanouse, of Juneau.

• On April 6, 2008, a son, Ian Christopher Mendoza White, weighing 10 pounds, 2 ounces, to Imee Malamgo and Harold Luther White, of Juneau.

• On April 7, 2008, a son, Cavan William Dick, weighing 7 pounds, 7 ounces, to Brenda Utatak Edwards, of Juneau.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• George A. Isenhart, 43, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a June 2, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .135 percent. Magistrate John Sivertsen Jr. imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Isenhart $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Dylan Hammons, 31, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 21, 2007, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. District Court Judge Keith Levy imposed 90 days in jail with 65 days suspended, fined Hammons $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.

• George A. Isenhart, 43, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 28, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .135 percent. Sivertsen imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Isenhart $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Ronald Ward, 37, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a March 21, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .123 percent. Levy imposed 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended, fined Ward $6,000 with $3,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.
