Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Kevin Wilkins, 22, was found guilty of driving while toxicated, stemming from an Oct. 18, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .082 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Wilkins $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Jessie Hull, 29, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 28, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .161 percent. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Hull $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.

• Clarence S. Milton III, 30, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 5, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .168 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 46 days in jail with 40 suspended, fined Milton $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Felipe Rivera, 25, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 10, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .091 percent. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Rivera $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• John Duran, 31, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 22, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .130 percent. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Duran $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Carling Cadiente, 25, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 25, 2009, incident in which Cadiente's blood-alcohol content was measured at .186 percent. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked Cadiente's license for 90 days and put Cadiente on probation for two years.

• William A. Hinchman, 21, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Jan. 1, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .114 percent. Levy imposed 50 days in jail with 45 days suspended, fined Hinchman $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Terry B. Fanning, 59, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Feb. 12, 2010, incident in which Fanning's blood-alcohol content was measured at .100 percent. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined $3,000 with none suspended, revoked Fanning's license for one year and put Fanning on probation for two years.

• Robert Ridgeway, 29, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Feb. 27, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .171 percent. Levy imposed 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended, fined Ridgeway $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.

• Jonathon Torres, 22, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 28, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .153 percent. Levy imposed 43 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Torres $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Robert Winn, 30, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a March 18, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .263 percent. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Winn $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Jesse D. Vaughn, 23, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a March 19, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .132 percent. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended, fined Vaughn $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.
