"Along Came a Spider," (R) shows tonight at 7:10 at 20th Century Twin, moving to Glacier Cinemas Friday and showing nightly at 7:10, with second shows at 9:20 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and matinees at 2:10 and 4:20 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

"Enemy at the Gates," (R) starts Friday and shows nightly at 7 at 20th Century Twin, with second shows at 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and matinees at 2 and 4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

"Someone Like You," (PG13) starts Friday and shows nightly at 7:10 at 20th Century Twin, with second shows at 9:10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and matinees at 2:10 and 4:10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

"Heartbreakers," (PG-13) starts Friday and shows nightly at 6:40 at Glacier Cinemas, with second shows at 9:10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and matinees at 1:40 and 4:10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

"O Brother, Where Art Thou," (PG-13) ends tonight, last show at 6:50 at Glacier Cinemas.

"Josie and The Pussycats," (PG-13) starts Friday and shows nightly at 7 at Glacier Cinemas, with second shows at 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and matinees at 2 and 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

"Pokemon 3," (G) shows nightly at 6:30 at Glacier Cinemas, with second shows at 8:40 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and matinees at 1:30 and 3:40 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

"Spy Kids," (PG) shows tonight at 6:40 at Glacier Cinemas, switching to 6:50 nightly beginning Friday, with second shows at 8:50 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and matinees at 1:50 and 3:50 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

"Tomcats," (R) ends tonight, last show at 7 at 20th Century Twin.

"Someone Like You," (PG-13) shows tonight at 7:10 at Glacier Cinemas, moves to the 20th Century Friday.

"Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon," (PG-13) ends tonight, last show at 7 nightly at Glacier Cinemas.

"Brazil," 7:30 tonight, 8:30 p.m. Saturday at Back Room Cinema. here will be no movies at the Back Room next week due to the Alaska Folk Festival.

Theater

"Waiting For Godot," third in the 2001 playreading series at Perseverance Theatre. 7:30 p.m. Friday at the theater's Phoenix Room. Free admission. Plays will be read by actors with scripts.

Dance

Juneau International Folk Dancers, 5-7:30 p.m. Sunday, dances will be Sunday evenings in April at Juneau Dance Unlimited Studio. Call Judy, 5866237.

Special events

Alaska Folk Festival, 7 p.m. nightly, Monday Sunday, April 22, at Centennial Hall, free concert with different act every 15 minutes.

Author

Sally Pollen, author of "Papa was a Bush Pilot," 7 p.m. tonight, downtown library, slide show of her father's 50 years as a guide and Bush pilot in the Alaska Interior, with a presentation, signing of her book and question-and-answer session with her father, Cleo McMahan. Free.

Concerts

Slick Shoes from Denver and Five Iron Frenzy from Los Angeles, doors open 7:30, concert begins 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday. Both bands play both nights at Centennial Hall, free. Christian themed music, Slick Shoes is ska and rock, Five Iron Frenzy is alternative rock, sponsored in part by Juneau Christian Youth Council.

Exhibits

Flashback: Photographs from the Sixties, Images from San Francisco and Los Angeles by Ken DeRoux and Mark Daughhetee, at the Juneau Arts and Humanities Council. On display April 628.
