Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Weapons violation:

• Police arrested a man, 20, on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon at 4:42 a.m. Monday at Glacier Highway in the Sunny Point area. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested Nichole Flake, 31, on a charge of drunken driving at 1:09 a.m. Monday on outbound Egan Drive in the Twin Lakes area. They also charged her with reckless endangerment and lodged her at the state prison.

Domestic dispute:

• Responding to a call of a domestic dispute at 11:38 p.m. Sunday in the 4300 block of University Drive, police arrested a man, 33, on a charge of violating his conditions of pretrial release. They lodged him at the state prison.


• A bicycle was reported stolen at 4:27 p.m. Sunday in the 4400 block of Kanat'a Street in the Mendenhall Valley.

• Police cited a woman, 67, and a man, 48, on theft charges at 6:17 p.m. Sunday in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard in the Valley.

• A purse holding a cellular telephone and about $40 was reported stolen at 11:03 a.m. Monday on South Franklin Street downtown.


• A window was reported broken out of an excavator at 11:26 a.m. Monday in a Twin Lakes parking lot.

Vehicle accidents:

• Police cited a woman, 36, on charges of failing to maintain a safe distance in traffic, and driving without a license, registration and insurance after an accident reported at 1:17 p.m. Sunday on Glacier Highway near Sunny Point. She was driving a 1995 Nissan that allegedly struck a 2004 Toyota, driven by a woman, 26. Damage to the Toyota was estimated at $200.

• At 1:39 p.m. Sunday, a 1974 Ford truck, driven by a man, 25, lost a tire on Glacier Highway at Fritz Cove Road. The tire reportedly struck a 2002 Subaru driven by a man, 54. Damage was estimated at $3,000 to the Subaru and $1,500 to the Ford.

• Police cited as girl, 16, on a charge of failing to maintain a safe distance in traffic after an accident at 2:33 p.m. Sunday on Glacier Highway in the Auke Bay area. She was driving a 1993 Jeep that reportedly struck a 2005 Pontiac driven by a man, 43. Damage was estimated at $5,000 to the Pontiac and $4,000 to the Jeep.

Hit and run:

• Police cited a woman, 37, on a charge of failing to give notice after an accident after the 1999 Chevrolet Suburban she was driving allegedly struck a parked 2001 Mazda Protégé on West Ninth Street downtown. Damage to the Mazda was estimated at $2,500.

Underage drinking:

• Police cited a man, 19, and a girl, 13, on charges of underage drinking at 9:57 a.m. Monday in the 300 block of Willoughby Avenue downtown after responding to a report of disorderly conduct.
