Attempt to serve:
At about 11 p.m. Thursday, Ross Holloway Sparks, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 1700 block of Douglas Highway. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
At about 7:35 p.m. Friday, Cedric Robert Wills, 28, was arrested on a warrant on Douglas Highway and lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Assault:
At about 6:10 p.m. Friday, police investigated a report of an assault on a 53-year-old man in the Juneau area.
At about 12:30 a.m. Saturday, police investigated a fight between two men in the 9100 block of Glacier Highway.
Driving under the influence:
At about 1 a.m. Friday, Keri Shoemaker Combs, 36, was arrested for driving under the influence and driving without a license and was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
At about 9:15 p.m. Friday, Kristeen Kaye Brooks, 43, was arrested for driving under the influence and was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Forgery:
At about 6:25 p.m. Friday, police investigated a report of a check forgery in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard.
Sex crime:
At about 8:45 a.m. Friday, police began an investigation into a report of a sex crime in the Juneau area.
Theft:
At about 12:30 p.m. Thursday, a 51-year-old man reported a check worth $36 stolen from his mailbox in the 3300 block of Nowell Avenue.
At about 5:05 p.m. Thursday, a 21-year-old woman reported the theft of her purse with a camera and iPod valued at $710 in the 1700 block of Douglas Highway.
At about 12:50 p.m. Friday, a 33-year-old woman reported theft of her wallet, which was later recovered, in the 2200 block of Trout Street.
Trespassing:
At about 6:45 p.m. Friday, police investigated a report of criminal trespassing in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway.
Vehicle accidents:
At about 3:30 p.m. Thursday, a 2003 Hyundai driven by an 18-year-old man crashed into a 2001 Honda driven by a 14-year-old girl. Damage was unknown.
At about 4:30 p.m. Friday, a 1992 Ford truck driven by a 19-year-old man rear-ended a 1997 Ford Taurus driven by an 18-year-old woman on Egan Drive. Each vehicle sustained $5,000 in damage. The 19-year-old was cited for careless driving.
At about 9 a.m. Saturday, a 46-year-old man reported his Nissan Armada was struck and the other vehicle left without stopping in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.
Vandalism:
At about 6:15 p.m. Thursday, a 59-year-old man reported his 1998 Honda Accord was rifled through, causing $100 in damage in the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue.
At about 9:50 p.m. Thursday, a 24-year-old man reported a broken window, causing $300 in damage in the 400 block of Willoughby Avenue.
At about 1 a.m. Friday, a 40-year-old man reported the windows to his apartment were broken in the 3600 block of Amalga Street.
At about 4:20 p.m. Friday, a 54-year-old woman reported a rock was thrown at her residence, breaking a window valued at $400 in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.
At about 5:45 p.m. Friday, a 45-year-old woman reported a tire on her 2001 Chevrolet Blazer had been punctured in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive. Damage was estimated at $59.
