Catholic Community Services offers support group for parents

JUNEAU - Catholic Community Services, a social service agency, is offering an Our Time Support Group for parents of children with special needs. The group provides resources and weekly meetings from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays at the Family Resource Center to support and empower parents.

A light meal and child care are provided at each group. For more information, call Lori King at 463-6103.

Catholic Community Services also seeks individuals interested in becoming therapeutic foster parents to help children. The agency provides training and support. Those interested can attend the TFP monthly dinner, where child care also is available. For more information, call Jerry Welch at 463-6140.
