Rue, Grimm to marry April 14
Amanda M. Grimm and Robert C. Rue will be married on April 14, at 6 p.m. in a ceremony at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church on Glacier Highway.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Douglas and Denise Grimm of Juneau. She is a 1996 Juneau-Douglas High School graduate.
The groom-elect is the son of Robert and Lily Rue of Peterborough, N.H. He is a 1995 graduate of Contoocook Valley High School in Peterborough and is employed as an electronics technician for the U.S. Coast Guard in Juneau.
Bridesmaids will be the bride-to-be's sisters, Starr Grimm and Jessica Grimm, and friend Lonnie Ackerman. Ushers will be Dave Tomcsik, Michael Caianiello and Cory Benham. The flower girl will be Skylar Grimm and the ring bearer Faris Tucker.
Friends and family are invited to attend the ceremony and the reception following at the Coast Guard Buoy Deck. The couple will make their home in Juneau for the next two years.

Orsborn, Long plan May wedding
Olivia E. Long and Michael H.C. Orsborn, both of Juneau, will be married at 3 p.m. on May 12 in a ceremony at Juneau Church of Christ on Trinity Drive. A reception will follow the ceremony immediately in the church's annex.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Craig and Christi Long of Juneau and of Edward Bergeron of Whitehorse. She is employed as an occupational licensing examiner by the state of Alaska and will graduate from the University of Alaska Southeast in May with a bachelor of liberal arts degree - with emphasis on foreign languages and history.
The groom-elect is the son of Mike and Jeanette Orsborn of Juneau. He is employed at Valley Lumber and is pursuing a computer degree at UAS.
The maid of honor will be Angela Love of Juneau. Bridesmaids will be Genevieve Rinker of Tacoma, Wash.; Rachel Short of Keizer, Ore.; Michelle Zenger of Juneau; and Shannon Cogswell of Juneau.
The best man will be Ryan Funk and the groomsmen Nathan Weed, Chris Long, Timm Orsborn and Ross Pagenkopf - all of Juneau. Ushers are Craig Orsborn and Stephen Mehelich, both of Juneau.
The couple will make their home in Juneau and will plan a honeymoon at a later date.
All friends and family are welcome to attend both the ceremony and reception.
