Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested Gabriel Alamillo, 23, on a charge of drunken driving at 12:38 a.m. Monday near Cinema Drive in the Mendenhall Valley. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle he was driving.


• Troopers received a report at 11:39 a.m. Sunday from a Juneau man who said his cabin in Excursion Inlet was broken into between the beginning of the year and Thursday. The victim said bottles of alcohol were stolen and listed the loss at $250.

• At 12:31 p.m. Sunday, a man told police that $150 in tools and a $30 volt meter was taken from a vehicle parked near Columbia Boulevard in the Mendenhall Valley. One of the vehicle's wing windows was broken out to gain entry.

• A man reported at 4:02 p.m. Sunday that his wallet was stolen from a 1991 Mazda he parked overnight near Lawson Creek Road in Douglas.


• A man reported at 1:20 p.m. Sunday that fence posts near Thane Road were pulled up and burned. The posts were valued at $60.

• A woman reported at 8:32 a.m. Monday that her home was pelted by eggs Friday night near North Riverside Drive in the Mendenhall Valley.

Vehicle accident:

• Drivers of both vehicles involved in an accident at 10:14 a.m. Monday on Mendenhall Loop Road and Taku Boulevard were taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital with minor injuries, police reported. A Mazda 323, driven by a woman, 23, allegedly struck a 1985 Chevrolet truck driven by a boy, 16. The Mazda was reportedly totaled. Damage to the truck was estimated at $2,000.

Hit and run:

• At 4:55 p.m. Sunday, a man reported an unknown vehicle struck his 1988 Isuzu while it was parked near Raven Road in Douglas. No damage estimate was available.

• A man reported at 10:30 a.m. Monday that an unknown vehicle struck his 2000 Ford Ranger while parked somewhere in Juneau. Damage was estimated at $1,000.
