Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Dwight Vuille, 19, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a July 15, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .143 percent. Levy imposed six days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Vuille $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and put him on probation for two years.

• Zachary P. Linzeier, 20, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Oct. 24, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .244 percent. Sivertsen imposed six days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Linzeier $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, put him on probation for two years and revoked his license for 90 days.

• Stephanie Butler, 24, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 24, 2007, incident from which her blood-alcohol was measured at .137 percent. Juneau Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed three days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Butler $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, put her on probation for 18 months and revoked her license for 90 days.

• Mark Peterson, 45, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Feb. 5, 2007, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .188 percent. Levy imposed 28 days in jail with 32 days suspended, fined Peterson $3,000 with none suspended, put him on probation for one year and revoked his license for one year.

• Donald Dillon, 51, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 25, 2007, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .153 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed three days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Dillon $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, put him on probation for 18 months and revoked his license for 90 days.

• Tyson Brooks, 38, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a March 16, 2007, incident from which no blood-alcohol was available. Levy imposed 30 days in jail with 60 days suspended, fined Brooks $3,000 with none suspended, put him on probation for three years and revoked his license for one year.
